Friday: All out athletics - 5th settlement.

Saturday: iCoach OnGround Maadi club.

RX: Sign to RX division if you believe that you and your team members are advanced athletes and able to conduct advanced skills.

Scaled: Sign up to Scaled division if you or any of your team members are intermediate level athletes.

​

Both divisions are MIXED TEAMS (2 males and 1 female).

 

All teams will compete and participate in various events across the 2 days.

At the end of the competition, there will be a First, Second and Third winners for each division.
